Any idea why my intermittent wiper setting doesn't work?

Default Any idea why my intermittent wiper setting doesn't work?

Since I've owned my 92 Civic Si, the intermittent winshield wiper setting hasn't worked. Is there like a fuse, or a relay somewhere that could be blown?

does the bolt that it sits on turn? because when mine stopped working it was as simple as tightening the nut that held it down but if its not that then im pretty useles for an answer
