Default AC on a swap??

I might buy a car with a GSR motor in an EK coupe. It has no AC, i was curious, will the AC from a D series work, or does it have to be B series only?

also roughly how much do those run, i can install it

the d-series a/c will work but you need to buy a b-series a/c bracket. http://www.icbmotorsports.com has what your looking for. i think its 92 bucks, then theres a lighter all aluminum one also.

yea the d-compressor will work. i got a 94 hatch with a 99 gsr and im runnin my stock compressor. but only 2 bolts will line up and the other2 will need to be clapped. thats if u dont want to spend too much money. or for a short fix. better line it up right or else u will be replacin the belt a coulpe of times.

inlinefour has a a/c brack for about $125...

http://twincamtech.stores.yaho....html

check it out...

what i did was use the 2 right bolts and have someone welded on 2 left nuts and you can use your stock d-series compressor...due keep in mind...this was done with a b-series a/c bracket.
