AC condenser question
So i've finally decided to get my ac system all working but when the shop on base hooked it up to vacuum it then charge it, the mechanic noticed that it was leaking somewhere. We checked all of the lines and it seems to be leaking air on the ac condenser.
What's happening is that the bolt that goes into the left side of the ac condenser (as if you're sitting in the drivers seat looking forward) isn't threading into the condenser, so the line moves around.
My question is do I need to buy another condenser due to the threads being jacked, or would I be able to use a different size bolt (i'm assuming bigger) to tighten it down?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Re: AC condenser question
I appreciate the help....I figured there was a way to fix that, but the guy that was charging my ac was talking like I needed a whole new condenser. I questioned that and figured there was another way of going about it. Thanks again
