Default ABS, but not ABS bleeding.

I have a 94 Civic EX with ABS. The ABS stopped working about 5 years ago, so we pulled the fuse. It's been braking fine ever since, minus the ABS. I recently noticed uneven brake wear on the front brakes, so I bled the brakes as if I did not have ABS at all. I was just wondering if this was correct or is there something I missed. I've researched on the issue, and all I can see is how to bleed with a functional ABS or how to bleed without ABS completely. Any advise would be appreciated.
