Why don't you just get an OBD2 p72 like they're supposed to run with? That way, you dont need a wiring harness, and you stay obd2.

since ur car is 99 it is a OBD2B and the 96 gsr is OBD2A...you would need a OBD2b to OBD2a jumper harness for the ecu...just run wires to your ecu for stuff that you need to hook up..and for the motor mounts, you would need a SI rear "L" bracket and the driver side bracket that bolts to the block holding the driver side mount...the rest of the mounts u can use your stock civic mounts..

use your 99 ex wire harness and a 99-00 gsr ecu plug n play if you want to go obd1 then run an obd2b to obd1 jumper with an obd1 gsr ecu or chipped p28.

You can reuse your top tranny and driverside mounts, you will need 99-00 Rear T bracket, b series a/c bracket, and b series front tranny bracket.
