Default 99 civic si suspension noise Need Help!

Ok, i have searched and come up empty on my problem. the car has been making a clunking settling sound when driving forward or backward even just letting it roll. It almost seems like the front end is settling a little forward and backward on both driver and passenger side. I replaced all of the ball joints and the outer tie rod ends. I just changed the driver side motor mount and the lower tranny mount tonight which were both completely destroyed and the noise seems to have gotten worse. The tranny and rear mount are hasport with the rest oem mounts. Im not turning the wheel or anything and it doesnt even have to be under power to make the noise just transitioning from forward to reverse. Braking also makes it clunk. Everything seems tight when pulling on parts but something isnt right. The car is lowered and the steering seems tight. I have thought it may be the stabilizer links since i didnt change those yet but they are tight. If anybody has had this problem or has any ideas i would appreciate it. I dont know if this is just annoying or its a serious problem to where i shouldnt be driving the car. Thanks in advance!

Jack it up on all 4 wheels if possible and do the 3-9 and 12-6 shake test.
This would test the wheel bearing and tie-rods.

Shake the axle (inner CV joint) to see if there's any play.
Shake any other suspension/steering components to isolate the sound.

Have done that and everything is good on the 3-9 and 12-6 test. I have pulled and twisted on everything under there. Sounds like something is bound up or almost like its under a lot of pressure and springs forward and backward when backing up. Its like both sides are acting together.

I'd be thinking stabilizer bar links too, then. Hmm.
Perhaps try unbolting it for a while and drive without it.

I typed the wrong part. I meant sway bar end links. I wonder if something with the shocks could cause this type of sound?

IIRC, technically sway bar and stabilizer bar perform the same purpose and are the same.
As rims are slang for wheels, sway bar is for stabilizer bar. Somebody correct me if im wrong.
Try doing a bounce test?

Using the weight of your body, push one corner of your car up and down repeatedly until you have a steady rhythm going. Stop. When you stop, your car should come to a full rest within 2 full rebound cycles. It's actually a common test in many states for inspections.

The car is lowered so it doesn't really have any bounce to it so that probably wouldn't work. And it's good we don't have inspections or I couldn't drive most of my cars!

Even a lowered car will pass a bounce test, as long as it isn't stupidflush.

Ok got an update. I changed out all 4 shocks, front and rear stabilizer end links, and made sure everything is tight and it is still making the same popping noise. I have noticed now that it will also do it when I turn the steering wheel back and forth. It will pop at a certain point in the turn. This is super annoying! I have found where several people have had this problem but no one ever posts a result to it. If any suspension gurus have any ideas or tests let me know! It still sounds like something under pressure and is popping back and forth on both sides of the front suspension.

I phrased the turning part wrong. It's not when driving, the pop happens from a standstill turning the wheel all the way to one side. It pops once about 3/4 way thru the turn. Then the same the other way. It's not bad axle clicking from turning while driving. I know how that sounds.
