Ok so i replace the fuel pump and the main relay new plugs and wires. Ok so the motor cranks over but will not fire up. All four plugs are getting fire. But for some reason the fuel injectors are not spraying. Theres pressure in the fuel rail but its notgetting to the cylinders. plugs remain dry. Also when I go to prime the fuel the pump stays running it never shuts off... please any help is appreciated

Check whether the main relay connector wires have been tampered with. Post pictures.

What motor is in the car? I helped my buddy solve a similar problem with his 99 ex (d16y8). Ended up that there's a block connector under the intake manifold, with multiple wires going to it. Being how it was loose floatin around under there one of the wires de-pinned themselves slightly from the connector causing the injectors to not fire. Can't hurt to take a look.
