99 civic EX-Weak Spark/Wet Plugs
My 99 civic wont start. Ive tested my plugs and found they had yellow spark coming from all of them. im thinking about getting a new ignition coil but i want to make sure because thats kinda expensive. I need ideas on what else it could be..PLUGS/WIRES/CAP????

i would go with a new ignition coil. had this same issue a week or two ago. they are $40 new from advance with 2 year warranty. installed in about 5 minutes and not only was my car running but it had a little more pep. if your plugs are old switch them out too, only about $2.50 a piece.

switch plugs and ignition coil.
but wet plugs could indicate that your burning oil which will justify a low spark and the coil over-working itself

I would check the plug gaskets in the valve cover, could be letting oil up to the plugs. Have you done the valve cover gasket and spark plugs gaskets?
You can test the coil with a multimeter first.

Read my previous post. You take off the valve cover and replace its gasket, turn it over and look at the gaskets that are in the spark plug holes, you replace them as well, put back on done.
