Default 99 Civic Ex D16y8 to d15b obd1 help with vacuum lines

I just bought a jdm d15b obd1 motor. My 1999 civic ex with d16y8 was shot and could not find a y8 replacement motor. I have already swapped the motor out. I used the d16y8 intake manifold ( I closed the 4 holes at the top of the y8 intake which was needed as I read a couple other post), oil pump (to allow cranks sensor), I swapped out the internals of my y8 distributor into the d15b housing so it would mount up to the motor, (the y8 mounting bolts didn't line up with the motor) I swapped out the other various sensors from my y8 motor so the obd2 wiring harness would plug into all the sensors without modifying the the wiring harness to fit the obd1 sensors. I am using the stock 99 civic ex ECU. The problem I am having is with the vacuum lines. There are two hoses that come off the d15b water tube that goes from the thermostat housing to the water pump. I don't know where those two hoses need to be plugged up to on the y8 intake. Also there is one hose that is on the top of the manifold sitting right up next to the valve cover half way down that I am not sure where it hooks up to. I just don't want to flood my intake with water by hooking those up wrong. I already had the engine running without hooking those vacuum lines up but I had to hold my hand over the intake to get it to start at all by restricting the air intake. I had it running for about 15 mins and water starting coming out of one of the vacuum lines coming from the water tube under the intake . I also wanted to know when I changed the oil pump over there was no gasket on it only a O-ring , but I did see a little grey silicone at the top of the pump, I asked the auto parts if there was a gasket listed and they said no. I never put any silicone back on the pump, and it started shooting out oil after 15 mins of running. Do I need to get some sort of gasket or put some silicon on it or should the O-ring be the only thing that it needs. Also there is not place to put the knock sensor on the d15b and I wanted to know if that would be a problem. Do I need to get a p28 ecu so I don't get a CEL. Another thing that happen when I let the exhaust pipe down the it pulled the O2 sensor wires from the clip that is at the CAT and I am not sure the pin out to replace them back in the clip if anyone has that. I will try to get some pictures up to show what vacuum lines I am talking about if my description was not good enough.

Thanks
Will

Ok I got the oil leak issue fixed turnout out since I swapped oil pumps from the y8 it had the dipstick hold on the pump and I had to install the dipstick tube and dipstick in there to fix. Still need help with the vacuum lines though. its running really smooth with out them hooked up but need to get them hooked up right.
