So when switching to either heat or or cold it does not work nothing at all on any fan setting, BUT when going 70mph on the hwy you can feel either the cold or the head (whatever its set too)

Have checked the Fuses under dash and under the hood, exact for the Heater Relay Switch as I don`t know how to check the relays.

Any Ideas?

Also to add I`m not sure if it would be a blower motor as for some reason even the DASH lights when choosing the modes Feet, Defrost, Front, etc dont light up either.

Most likely either:
1) relay
2) blower motor resistor
3) blower motor

Anyway to check if its the relay/check the relay? Local stores dont have it but can order it ($20) didnt want to order it if that is not it.

Pull the plug from the fan and apply a power and ground and see if it works. If it does then its most likely the blower motor resistor. but if the resistor has gone it could mean that the bearings in the fan are going causing high resistance and causing excessive strain on the resistor.

With the ignition turned ON, the positive side (+) of the blower motor wiring is always hot if the fuses and relay are good, it just needs the negative ground (-) source through the resistor or heater control panel; the ground sources are controlled by the heater control panel.

If you want an easy way to test that the blower motor works:

1. Locate the the 20P gray connector (Connector C723) under the front console.
2. Unplug the electrical connector.
3. Attach a jumper wire (short piece of wire) from the Blue/Black wire cavity (terminal no. 16) to the Black wire cavity (terminal no. 15) on the unplugged electrical connector. Leave the connector unplugged.
4. Turn the ignition ON, does the motor run?

Note: Since the connector is female, the terminal number is based on the wire side.

Make sure you voltage test both hood fuse 56 and dash fuse 17.

Smak the bottom of the motor and reseat thr brushes. If the motor starts get a new motor.
