96 Civiv oil leak

96 Civiv oil leak

It is coming from under the distributor, runs down about where the radiator hose connects to the engine. I just replaced the dist o-ring..whats next, rear cam seal?

Did you replace the inner and outer O rings in the distributor, or only the outer? Stock D16 motor?

Just the outer.. Didn't know there was 2. Yes it is a stock D16 motor.

Yep, there's one inside the distributor as well.

Get some engine degreaser and a brass bristle brush, clean the everliving **** out of that area on the motor, and pinpoint where the leak is originating.
