Im not positive on the EK, but today I removed the radiator support on my EG that is welded on... Be prepared to do some significant cutting with a air chisel/hammer. This would not be possible without the air chisel. In all honesty, I would have a shop do it, after all the work I did today.

I hear its quite the biyach to get off. Ur doing a 99-00 front end? You can just put it on without removing ur rad support...

the core supports are almost the same. you have to either cut off or drill holes on the upper mounting tabs where the bumper uses the plastic pop in screws. everything well bolt on!
