I have a 95 ex coupe. When driving it makes a front end hum what sounds like every time the tire makes a turn. It gets louder when i make a right hand turn. My initial thought was wheel bearing on the drivers side. While i was in there i noticed my outter tie tod boots were shot so i put both new ties rods on too. It makes the same sound with the clutch in or out. what else could cause this? thanks guys!

Check that the backing plate behind the rotor is not rubbing. Also verify the CV drive axle dust boots are intact and not ripped or torn.

the axles look good and do not have tears and not a whole lot of play. and the backing plate is not rubbing

i dont get it, you think its the wheel bearing, it sounds like a wheel bearing, it acts like a wheel bearing but you dont think its a wheel bearing because it still makes the same noise after replacing tie rods?

Are there any suspension, brake or wheel mods?
Were any parts replaced with aftermarket or OEM parts?

Have you done the 3-9 and 6-12 wheel shake test?
