Re: 95 Civic EX, HP?????? (X DaNish X)
I know the stock d16y7(8) has around 127hp and the non-vtech(forget what the block# is) should have around 113hp. Why don't you check you owners manual?

You should be getting 100-105hp at the wheels if it was maintained regularly, and kept in good shape. But for a car thats six years old your probably around 95-100Hp

Re: 95 Civic EX, HP?????? (e-lauckd)
For 92-95, 3 cars came with VTEC. EX Coupe (D16Z6 125 HP @ 6600 RPM), Si Hatchback (D16Z6 125 HP @ 6600 RPM), and the VX Hatchback (1.5L Fuel Economy VTEC 92HP @ 5500 RPM)
CX = 70 HP @ 5000RPM
DX = 102 HP @ 5900 RPM
LX = 102 HP @ 5900 RPM
All models except for the EX/Si are 1.5L while the EX/Si are 1.6L
All models are SOHC (Single Over Head Cam)
I forget to mention, The Del Sol's Also had the SOHC VTEC engine in 93, but in a later year it was optional to get the Del Sol VTEC with the DOHC B16 in it.
