I have a 95 Civic EX. How do I get the check engine light to blink the codes,
the wire under the dash has 3 terminals. Which 2 will make the ECU display codes?

The ECU is located in the kik panel on the passanger side and has no LED.

thats the wrong one, it should be the blue 2 pin plug, just jump the two wires

Blue or brown 2 pin connector by the ecu. The dash will flash the codes once the connector is jumped with ignition ON.

The blue 2 wire connector at the passenger side kick panel makes the SRS light on the dash flash continuously. I have been on line and trying to figure out where to place the jumper for 6 hours now.
The car is a 95 Civic ex.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is flashing you have it lol. Long flash for ten short flash for one. It should be tucked either by the glovebox or in the carpet by the ecu

Click the CEL sticky at the top or CEL in my signature..

The SRS diagnostic/service connector is the same as for the check engine light. The reason the SRS light is blinking is because you also have stored SRS trouble codes.

I had considered that it may be an indicator due to the flashing. I counted 140 steady flashes without any pause before I gave up. Does it go that high? I will continue looking into it but again all help is appreciated.
