95 civic ex "Check Engine Light"
Had this problem for a year now. Check engine light came on. Car seemed like it was starving when I hit the accelerator. Took the fuel filter out and it was clogged, so I replaced it. Car didnt hesitate anymore, but he idle was very low and not steady. Also, seem to have a electrical power problem. Lights dim when I hit the brakes, windows roll up slow, and every once in while I hit the brakes and my CD player turns off for a sec. Timing belt was due, so I changed that. Check engine light was still on. Went back in and lined up TDC marks and engine was in time. I dont think its a problem with the alternator, but I really have no idea whats wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
