93 Coupe w/B16a2 swap injector has no ground/won't pulse
Ok so I've read through quite a few threads and actually had to re-create my account since I havent logged in in years. Probabaly about as long as my car was sitting before I started to troubleshoot this issue - 5 years or so.
So I emptied all the bad gas cleaned the tank new fuel pump etc in the process. So far I have verified that I do have good bright spark in all 4 cylinders, Re-sanded all the ground points since they were a bit corroded especially the T-stat housing. Verified that there is proper fuel pressure at the rail and the car starts with starter fluid. Verified that I have 12v at all four injectors but they don't seem to be getting a ground. Idk if it's a bad ecu or what. The fuel pump primes master relay 3 clicks all that stuff verified.
After reading a few threads I checkd the ohm resistance on plug a of the p28 ECU pins 23 and 24 with the key OFF and the have between 15-30 ohms of resistance beleow the 100 that was said what they needed to be.
I have tried checking plug A's pin 26 and B2's pin with the key ON and I don't get a 12v signal that I can tell. My meter and im not totally sure if I have the jacks plugged in correctly is a Centech 7 functions digital multimeter that looks like this http://compare.ebay.com/like/3007817...Types&var=sbar
I have the prongs plugged in like they have in the picture and set the ohm reading scale at 200 and then I change it to the upper position which is DC 20v? and it reads 12v off the battery but nothing at those pins with the power on. Does this mean I have a break in the wire? Or a bad ECU?
Thanks advance for any responses it is much appreciated.
