Default '92 Civic steering/suspension woes!

Hey guys/girls wondering if yall can help me out. My hatch rides like crap, almost to the point where it may be considered dangeruous. I just bent one of my brand new rims and i'm starting to get frustrated . Anyways, heres whats goin on. On bumpy or uneven roads the front end is very twitchy, super harsh ride, and pulls to the right. If i have to brake suddenly the same thing happens, the front end seems to pull to the right or just feels real twitchy as stated before. I recently had the half-shafts replaced and soon after that found that i needed to replace the steering rack. I thought this would take care of it but it didn't. When the dealership worked on the steering rack they also had to do a 4 wheel alignment so thats not the problem. Whats up with this car? I'm getting ready to throw this pos in the trash!!
