Did you properly bleed air out of the system when you fixed the leak? Is it foaming when cold?

It could be the belt, it could be the pulley bearing, it could be the pump. When replacing the pump, it's always a good idea to replace the belt as well, so the logical course of action here would be to replace the belt. If that doesn't solve the problem, then replace the pump.

Aren't you sitting in front of a computer too? Who are you to say it ISN'T the problem?
You guys have never heard a drive belt squeal for 10 seconds on start up in the winter?
If the noise lasted more than 10 seconds, that would be different.
A pulley bearing would be noisier, and correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no tensioners or idler pulleys on the PS belt, just crank pulley and PS pulley, so it's not a bearing or a pulley.
If the pump was sucking air and cavitating, again, that would not get better after running the car for 10 seconds.
It's possible that noises can subside once things on the vehicle warm up, but that won't happen in 10 seconds on cold start up.
The only thing that makes sense is the belt.
