92' Civic DX Stalling, Hesitating, and Brake lights stuck on
Good Afternoon,
I have had my 92 Civic DX for over a year with no problems. Recently, the AC went out and after getting it back with everything in the AC replaced, I am experiencing a whole slew of problems.
1) It is a manual. When I am in first gear and hit the gas it hesitates really bad for a few seconds and then takes off. Then when I switch into second it does the same thing over again...hesitates then will take off. Sometimes the hesitation and taking off will happen 2-3 times before I get up to a fast enough speed to switch to the next gear. From what I can tell, there is not much of a problem in 5th gear.
2) When I finally do get up to highway speeds (80ish) when I let off the gas and go to neutral as I come up on traffic that is gridlocked a lot of times (but not all) the car will completely stall and turn off. Luckily I have not had any problem starting back up while moving by pushing in the clutch. However the frequency of these stalls are getting more and more. I also notice the stalls happen more when the AC is on full blast (position 4 of 4 fan speed).
3) The brake lights are stuck on. I have read about this issue and think it is probably the little switch on the back of the brake pedal has a piece that broke off, but this is all happening at once so I wanted to make sure it was mentioned just in case.
I am getting to the point where I am starting to wonder if it is time to quit sinking money into the car. However, I just rolled 180k so it should have another 120k or so in her.
Thoughts?
Thanks everyone!

1) Do a full ignition system tune up, including setting the ignition timing, and replace the fuel filter. Are there any CEL codes?
2) Clean the IACV and replace the PCV valve.
3) Check whether the rubber stopper that presses on the brake pedal switch broke and fell out.
