Default 2000 honda civic si with no spark?

My civic just died this week, It looks like theres no spark. I used a spark tester and no spark. but to be sure I removed two spark plugs from the engine, and turned on the engine while its still connected to the spark plug wire and nothing. I warranted the distributor and still nothing. The spark plugs do have some corrosion on the tip, but doubt both of them could die at the same time. Any ideas on what the problem could be. Spark plug, spark plug wire, ECU, other electrical wire???

lol, before trying all this other stuff, I forgot to check the code. Its P1359, CKP/TDC sensor connector disconnection. Hopefully I can fix it.

I think you will have to remove the CrankShaft Pulley and the Distribution cover to get access to this sensor.

If that's so, you will need an special tool in order to remove the crankshaft pulley.

The sensors are inside the distributor.

I think you actually meant the CKF sensor.

No it is the sensor where the crankshaft pully. at least that's what the code gave me. I mean if it was a sensor inside the distributor then its not the problem. For one, I just warranteed by distributor with a brand new one after it died and still wouldn't start. Seems like a lot of work, so im just holding off till I get the part

Well it turns out, It wasn't the sensor, but something else was tripping the code for the sensor. My timing belt broke. Required a lot more work, but it was changed and works fine now
