2000 EX Coupe AC Charging
2000 EX Coupe
Trying to add more freon to the low side with AC on high setting.
It does not seem to be taking in any freon because the pressure gauge
does not increase.
I am using a single gauge setup you get from Walmart problably not
the best.
I am also interested in getting a good set of gauges for monitor low
and high side. Please suggest a set to purchase, please not
harbor frieght.
Thanks in advance

Don't add refrigerant unless you have diagnosed low refrigerant levels using a manifold gauge set. Go to Amazon and do comparison shopping there and also read reviews.

Re: 2000 EX Coupe AC Charging
Got the gauges
Ran for twenty minute. Outside air temp 89
AC fan at Max.
****UPDATED info engine RPM 700 need to be about 1500
Probably should have not at freon before I got the good gauges.
What are the pressure reading suppose to be?
Inside temp 60 max fan non recirculate
