1997 Honda Civic Dx Sedan A/C not working
I can't seem to figure out what's going on with my A/C it only works at night when it's cool outside b it only for like 15 minutes. When I turn it on during the day it blows really hot but sometimes if it isn't all that hot outside it only works for 5 minutes or so. I have replaced the condenser fan, clutch relay, the climate controls and nothing has fixed it. I honestly believe it's the compressor but I don't want to go out and buy one then it turns out not to be the compressor.
If someone can shed some light on this problem that would be great, thanks in advance.

It seems like the compresser clutch doesn't engage all the time only when it is cool outside but if I run a cable from the battery to the compresser it would make it engage.
