3 Questions About Shifters???
1. ever since i did the swap in my del sol, the shifter has moved slightly to the right. the stick is not centered in the center console. any idea on why this is?
2. what is the difference between a single bend or dual bend short throw shifters? what are the advantages/disadvantaages of the two?
3. has anyone ever used the hardened shifter bushings? are they any good?
input on any one of questions would be appreciated.

Re: 3 Questions About Shifters???
1. did you use the del Sol VTEC (B16A3) shift linkage?
2. the number of bends.
i prefer dual bend.
in a del sol, dual bend is nice because i have to sit with the seat so far back and the dual bend brings the shift **** closer to you.
most dual bends have slightly shorter shift throw than single bend.
3. i have the energy suspension ones. they definitely make shifting more precise.
P.S. when you replace the shifter, get some white lithium grease, a new shifter "dust seal B" (goes over this shifter ball), and a new shifter ball seat (plastic piece inside the dust seal). They're cheap and worth it.
Since they are so old, the rubber will be soft, possibly ripped, and the seat will be worn. replacing both will definitely make the shifting smoother and cleaner. the boot will likely rip soon anyway, so it's best to replace them. When the seal rips, the shifter gets really sloppy and having to take the shifter apart again just for the seal is kind of annoying.
I recommend a Buddy Club dual bend shifter. You can get them on eBay or at inlinefour.com for pretty cheap. I have one, and I love it and wouldn't trade it for any other shifter.

Reason I am mentioning this is because I've heard the Skunk2 and BLOX shifters and ***** are identical, even being made in the same factory.

Re: 3 Questions About Shifters???
I have a B&M dual bend in my sedan with urathane bushings, and shifting is short and precise. It's the cheapest stainless one I found.
The Integra dual bend isn't bad. Throw is somewhere between a Civic single bend and the B&M. eBay has them cheap sometimes, but $20 more and you can get a new B&M
