Default 94' Civic Ex Project *56k not welcome

Just bought this car a few weeks ago. New to Honda but not cars or tuning.

1994 Honda Civic Ex, Stock everything!
145k
Paid $900

Car came with the following problems
-Sunroof glass was busted out (prev. owner said it was because of his audio setup)
-Odo is stuck in between 1-2 on the hundred digit (is suppose to be on 1)
-Front end was damaged in a wreck but also rebuilt
-No radiator reservoir (i found a screw plugging the hose)
-Trim on passenger door falling apart
-Power locks seem frozen but have power, using the key you can lock both doors from drivers side.
-Pass. window comes off the track and goes up very slow
-After engine is warm, going from Drive to Park, idle starts to fluctuate
-Tach. doesnt go below 2k, registers anything above 2k correctly
-Motor mounts need to be replaced
-The CV Joint covers need to be replaced
-Valve cover leaks oil due to 2 stripped bolts
-Carpet is coming off near ECU
-A/C Dashboard Control needs to be replaced, switch for turning A/C is bad
-Exhaust has a hole on the Cat. Conv. and Resonator
-Passenger door is not lined up properly
-Hood is not lined up properly
-No stereo
-No front door speakers
-Needs paint job
-Its a automatic

I think thats its for the bad stuff, quite a bunch but nothing too serious that I cant fix.

Heres the good

-Car is completely stock! No ricer got ahold of it! (rare in FL)
-Motor runs good except the for the idle fluctuating, thinking IACV?
-The interior is in great condition for a 94 and not missing any trim parts
-Only paid $900!
-Lower engine is completely rebuilt (due to wreck)
-brand new hood,fenders,and front bumper
-Frame is not bent
-No dents or dings
-Came with brand new tires on some no-name 17" rims

Ive already began to fix her up, got a new sunroof and fixed the exhaust. Sounds great on the road. If you guys want to throw in some input Id like to hear what you got to say. Im keeping the exhaust stock, going to throw a short ram on it after I get this oil leak fixed. Seafoam this weekend.

Whats your goal for the car, keeping it stock or making a build out of her? But not a bad price for $900

lol an alarm? out here where i live people dont steal cars, if they did they would have to have ***** the size of grape fruits.

as for my goal, ive been down the loud car route and I can surely tell you I HATE LOUD EXHAUSTS.My previous car was a Scion TC with I/H/E, even after putting two resonators in a row the drone of the exhaust used to drive me mad. I want a quiet car, exhaust wise. Im going to throw a short ram on it (love hearing the sound of 4 cylinders with just an intake) and restore as much as possible. New cluster, climate control, seats, lights, etc.

Pics of the sunroof install

Looks like a great project!! I don't much like loud cars.... Impreza's etc being the exception, but they have the power to match! Whats the plans with the paint, matte black, gloss black, metallic black? I personally think Honda's Pirate Black is the daddy of all black paints.... I got stuck with Nighthawk Black Pearl.... Better than beige lol. Now that you have fitted the short ram filter, run a flexible hose from the bumper grill up to the air filter, like a 80mm diameter roughly, will act as a cold air feed and stop the air filter sucking in warm air from above the exhaust manifold!!
