I noticed there are a few threads regarding this, but from what I saw, one was an image, which is now down, and another is from the Haynes manual. This is from Honda, so it should be a bit more reliable as far as information goes.

So, here it is in case anyone has lost it. Straight from the Honda Owner's Manual for my '98 EX coupe.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

The Maintenance Schedule specifies how often you should have your car serviced and what things need attention. It is essential that you have your car serviced as scheduled to retain its high level of safety, dependability, and emission control performance.

The service and time or distance intervals shown in the maintenance schedule assume you will use your car as normal transportation for passengers and their possessions. You should also follow these recommendations:

- Avoid exceeding your car's load limit. This puts excess stress on the engine, brakes, and many other parts of your car. The load limit is shown on the label on the driver's door jamb.

- Operate your car on reasonable roads within the legal speed limit.

- Drive your car regularly over a distance of several miles (kilometers).

- Always use unleaded gasoline with the proper octane rating.
Which Schedule to Follow:

Service your car according to the time and mileage periods on one of the Maintenance Schedules on the following pages. Select the schedule for "Severe Conditions" if most of your driving is done under one or more of the conditions listed on that page. Otherwise, follow the schedule for "Normal Conditions."


MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (NORMAL CONDITIONS)

Follow the Normal Maintenance Schedule if the severe driving conditions specified in the Severe Conditions Maintenance Schedule on the next page do not apply.

NOTE: If you only OCCASIONALLY drive under a "severe" condition, you should follow the Normal Conditions Maintenance Schedule.

Service at the indicated distance or time - whichever comes first.


15000 MILES, 24000 KM, OR 12 MONTHS (1 YEAR)

Replace engine oil filter
Inspect front and rear brakes
Check parking brake adjustment


30000 MILES, 48000 KM, OR 24 MONTHS (2 YEARS)

Replace engine oil filter
Replace air cleaner element
Inspect valve clearance [at 30000 miles (48000 km) only]
Replace spark plugs
Inspect and adjust drive belts
Replace transmission fluid (CVT)
Inspect front and rear brakes
Check parking brake adjustment


45000 MILES, 72000 KM, OR 36 MONTHS (3 YEARS)

Replace engine oil filter
Replace engine coolant
Inspect front and rear brakes

Suspension components
Driveshaft boots

All fluid levels and condition of fluids
Cooling system hoses and connections
Exhaust system
Fuel lines and connections


MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (SEVERE CONDITIONS)

Follow the Severe Maintenance Schedule if you drive your vehicle MAINLY under one or more of the following conditions:
- Driving less than 5 miles (8 km) per trip or, in freezing temperatures, driving less than 10 (16 km) per trip.
- Driving in hot [over 90°F (32°C)] conditions.
- Extensive idling or long periods of stop-and-go driving.
- Driving with a car-top carrier, or driving in mountainous conditions.
- Driving on muddy, dusty, or de-iced roads.

Service at the indicated distance or time - whichever comes first.

Visually inspect the following items every 15000 miles, 42000 km, or 12 months (1 year):
Brake hoses and lines (including ABS)
All fluid levels and condition of fluids
Cooling system hoses and connections
Exhaust system
Fuel lines and connections
Lights and controls
Vehicle underbody


OWNER MAINTENANCE CHECKS

You should check the following items at the specified intervals.

- Engine oil level - Check every time you fill the fuel tank.

- Engine coolant level - Check the radiator reserve tank every time you fill the fuel tank.

- Windshield washer fluid - Check the level in the reservoir monthly. If weather conditions cause you to use the washers frequently, check the reservoir each time you stop for fuel.

- Tires - Check the tire pressure monthly. Examine the tread for wear and foreign objects.

- Lights - Check the operation of the headlights, parking lights, taillights, high-mount brake light, turn signals, brake lights, and license plate lights monthly.

Hmmmm dude at the dealer said to replace the timing belt at 60k. to him!
