You could also reinstall the rail and injectors and use an inexpensive engine stethoscope ($3-4 at Harbor Freight Tools) to listen for clicking of each injector when cranking the engine. The injector clicking is loud enough to be obvious.
Knowing whether the injectors click/pulse is important to diagnosing your problem.

Wow....I'm having the same issue....stored car for around 4-5 years.....now it does not wanna start......keep it going.....
