Default 1/4 times for jdm b18c-R in a 95 civic ex coupe

anyone here got a b18c-R engine on their 95 civic coupe? if so, what's your time and setup in the 1/4? and what exhaust would you guys recommend.. i want it to have a deep DEEP tone.. none of the high pitched exhaust sound.. let me know

don't know about the times, i'd guess 13's. don't get headers with no cat cause that will give you a "high" pitch

On street tires, probably low 14's. That's provided that your engine is running up to par and has the basic bolt-ons and a GOOD ECU program.

He's asking about an EX COUPE, which weighs at least 350-400lbs. more than a 92 hatch.

since when was a hatch 400 lbs less than a coupe??? maybe a gutted cx hatch maybe

Stock 1992 CX weighs 2094.

Stock 1995 EX with ABS weighs about 2550lbs.

Looks like 350lbs. difference to me.

Oh and I agree - my 1992 Cx weighs 2010lbs. with room for improvement. I'm taking an educated guess saying that the 92 hatch posted earlier wasn't full interior, etc.

Let's stick to the subject of EX coupes' 1/4 mile times though, since hatches are in FACT lighter.

Even 100lbs. makes a noticable difference!

i have a 94 ex 4-door that weighs 2450lbs. stock
