Default 00 civic Start up problem (HELP PLEASE)

My civic stock 00 Cx will not start. Current situation, the engine turns but does not fire. I've been searching through HT and googling the problem. I don't know if its a simple push that I need to start this bitch!

What I have checked
FUEL
-Fuel pump is good (makes the humming sound at 1st key turn)
-I unloosen the top bolt on fuel filter to check for fuel pressure when turning the key prior to inition and fuel does spray out.
---SO Fuel system is not the problem

ELECTRIC
-Main relay is making clicking sound.
-Checked battery and its good (Even went to Autozone to confirm)
-I switched out all spark plugs and spark plug wire with new NGKs and they all sparked when tested
-Since I have spark at all four plugs then I eliminated the distributor being bad. (Assumption, so correct me if I'm wrong)
-Everythings ground
-Checked fuses and their good (fuel pump,etc..)

AIR
Replaced air filter
Checked if anything clogging up the air pipe, everything looks good.

MISC
Changed oil and oil filter
Pour new gas in

History on the car
I had a front end minor crash, which I had to replace pass. headlights, radiator and top radiator support. Engine was intact and appears fine.

I need some help with this, I have no idea what else to do to get it firing. When I crank it,it sound like it wants to fire for a split second and then nothing. I don't know if the chambers are flooded with fuel? But its fuel injected so that's not likely possible, right? My last thinking is I might just need a push to start it?? Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

Is spark bright white, yellow, orange, or deep blue?

Have you checked the mechanical timing?

Okay I'll take a look at it when I get home later, but what if it is align, any other suggestion? Or what if it isn't align? Can you fill me in on the information, I'm interested in learning about this. And thanks for your help RONJ@HT!

If you have fuel and spark then it could be mechanical timing or injectors or maybe even the ecu but I would check the mechanical timing first if it's out do a quick google search for setting timing on a D16y7 motor

If it's off then make it "on". Make it look like the picture.

You're not screwed. You just have to make sure you're timing is dead nuts on.

okay I checked the alignment. I aligned the crank pulley and CAM as well base on the diagram. Put everything back and try to start it, but same thing. It cranks but does not start. Any other suggestion? I double check plugs and spark, everything is good.

Was the timing off? Post pictures of the cam and crank at TDC1. If fine, compression test the cylinders.
