00 Civic A/C problem; works fine at idle, cycles while driving
2000 Civic HX manual transmission
100 degrees ambient temperature
On Friday I had my a/c compressor, expansion valve, dryer, and condenser replaced. The a/c works fine while the car is idling; the compressor is running constantly, condenser fan running, and the vents blowing cold air.
The problem is while driving the a/c cycles about once every 30 seconds. I can feel it turn off, and then go back on with the click of the a/c clutch. When the compressor either turns on/off there also is an annoying change in pressure hissing sound coming from the expansion valve or evaporator area under the dash.
Also when I am at idle, with the ac running fine, and I rev the engine the compressor clutch clicks.
Any ideas on what the problem might be? Is this normal?

It is cooling fine. The loud clutch engagement, and the hissing pressurizing sound coming from the evaporator area made me question the work.

^Post a video with sound. The compressor clutch does, however, make a click sound when it engages.
Some hissing noise in the evaporator is nothing to worry about.
and the hissing pressurizing sound coming from the evaporator area made me question the work.
