My right turn signal lights up and all the other misc oval lights light up but the left one could it be the bulb? Also my clusters gauges don't light up could it also be the bulb or would it have to do something with the wiring? And also the interior light does not work on the roof of the car how could i check if its a bulb problem or wiring?

IF the exterior left turn signal lights work, then the left blinker bulb in the cluster is likely blown - replace it.

Cluster lights - Check dash fuse 30.

Ceiling light - Check hood fuse 43.
