Default D16Y8 turbo on 8lbs

I have a D16Y8 I bought some what boosted. I finished the project and had the car tuned with hondata. Car runs just fine with 201k on it. It’s a stock block.

set up
Kit details/TURBO
TD04 Greddy turbo on 8PSI
Cx racing FMIC/BOV
walbro fuel pump
550 RC injectors
FPR
5200rpm 2-step
exedy stg 1 clutch
Y8 intake manifold
straight pipe 2" exhaust
P05 ECU chipped and dyno tuned

Did a compression test and came out around 130 and 135 across the 4. Now I don’t know if my tuner made my compression low for boost error to happen or if my block is going? Like I said, I have all power and no sign of weakness except I keep over flowing my coolant after strong pulls...

You can't just "lower" the compression ratio by just a flip of a switch or from a tuning program. Sounds like you didn't even open up the motor to upgrade anything. Upgrade the old radiator as well as a new cap.

Sounds like this 1 post wonder might need to upload a new head gasket tune.

I have replaced the head gasket, valve cover gasket, and intake manifold gasket. The manifold gasket keeps cracking or leaking so I need to find a performance one. I’m just riding the engine till I have all parts for a full rebuild. The engine seems like it just doesn’t want to be done yet.

Head gasket keeps taking a dump, says the engine has more in it.

You're pushing coolant on strong pulls. Either:

Your tuner sucks.
Your head gasket installer sucks.
Need better head studs (doubt it. maybe the oem ones have been through too many torque cycles or were torqued town incorrectly....)
The block/head mating surface isn't true.

Are those hot/cold or wet/dry compression results?

Cold and dry compression results! It was set to an aggressive tune. At idle I’m around 13 on air/fuel so kinda rich side.

Supposedly 185psi and up is optimal. So either:

Test was done incorrectly.
Engine is worn out. (would be kind of weird for numbers to be so even in a worn out or hurt engine).
Have an aggressive cam with a lot of overlap.
Have low compression internals or a very thick head gasket.

Found smells of exhaust in the coolant, so time for HG replacement with arp studs. See if that stops the head lift and I’m going with a dual core aluminum radiator. My last radiator wasn’t holding pressure I noticed too.
