Offset should be the same, but it might be a good idea to check first. That should be the only possible issue, since the Si has larger brakes.

Re: spacers??? (Sugar Shane)
I have Si wheels on my EX. Yes, the offset is the same at 45, but something is different in the brakes are mounted. The Si wheels when mounted on my car came extremely close to the front brake caliper brackets. They did not touch, but it was very close. I used a set of 3mm spacers I purchased from a local shop. The spacers give enough clearence for the wheels to mount correctly. I have checked the lugs several times and tightened accordingly with a torque wrench and I have had zero problems with them. They were $18 for the pair.
Without spacer the clearence is very, very close.
With spacers there now is a little more room.
