Well, my 2006 SI Coup came with Michelin MXV4 S8's on it. I am putting Goodyear Eagle F1's on it this weekend. Sure hope I feel a difference.

They arent that bad... definantly not high performance rubber but as far as road noise, wet/ice/snow traction i think they suffice ... ride a TON smoother than my PE2's thats for sure

Stock tires other than the summer tire option (PE2s) are junk. You can purchase much better tires for a much lower price.

My SI came with the Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2s 215/45.

They're not bad at all.

i was referring to traction. previous tires i have owned; rt615s, es100s, and fm901s. turanza's are crap compared to those mentioned above, but hey, they're not even in the same league.

turanza's aren't that bad in the rain.

I don't know how you can compare all-season tires designed to last a long time to some of the best summer tires and even the super-sticky rt615. That's like saying you have a stock Civic, but saying it sucks because it can't accelerate or outhandle a stock Evo, but then the Civic gets good gas mileage.

yeah PE2's here, not too bad of a tire, but they seem to be wearing fast
