Default Skunk 2 Pro S Coilovers

Wassup guys! Just wondering if anybody had pics of an FA5 lowered on Skunk 2 Pro S Coilovers? I also want to know how they ride? If they are close enough to "stock"! How low do they drop you? And have they experienced camber wear? Any help would be highly appreciated!

look in the picture thread and there are some pics. search and youll see many threads about these coilovers.

The ride is very stiff. no so much bumpy just STIFF! they go prety low but the rears dont get anywhere near as low as the front. when lowering the car on coilovers i sugest getting camber kit b/c if you lower the rear all teh way you will need adjustment.

np and good luck with the search for coilovers. btw its going to be very hard to make a decent ride with coilovers or atleast close to stock. You might wanna try doing a spring shock compo

keep your eye on ebay.
I got my set for $500 Shipped ('free shipping')
but then again, i have an EG. The guy never installed them on his Teg or something. They were all unwrapped except 1. original packaging. wait for a deal bud, unless you are in somewhat of a hurry.
Skunk2 Pro-s Coilovers (even came with spacers for a 96-00 civic)

You know Skunk2 sells optional SOFTER spring rates for the coilovers right?

Unless they came out with new springs for 8th Civic coilovers in the pass couple months, they do not offer softer rates. They do have stiffer ones available...

I ordered a set of 8kg springs for my front struts from Brian at Skunk2 back in July of this year. Not exactly sure how long they have offered this...but it's been a while. Longer than a couple months. They have from 2kg up to 18kg in 2kg increments (2, 4, 6, 8....etc.).

yoo theres a write up on the suspension section saying you dont need a camber kit but a good alignment should do the trick....look into that before u spend your money on it....

Rears also? When I talked to them I asked about the rears and they said no. Fronts I can see them having.

When did you talk to them? When I ordered mine I believe he asked me if they were gonna be for the front or rear. That would signify to me that they offer them for both.

I'll have to check into it again to be sure. I left my rears at 10kg to help tune out the understeer.

This is the absolute lowest it will go. Period. (Unless you plan on putting a 100lb. subwoofer system in the trunk). And I had to remove one of the locking rings on the rear spring perch to get it this low because the rings are too fat and with the second ring on it will sit even higher. I didn't like it so I took one off to get it this low.

If I'm not mistaken I believe the sedans will get a little lower in the rear because they carry more weight in the rear since the car itself is heavier and has +1% more weight distribution to the rear.

It was awhile ago, i'd say about earlier this year. Right now I just want a little softer in the rears for dd.

I'm also all the way down in the rears and still want lower, I might try this. I'm guessing there's no issues in doing this since its already all the way down?
