Odometer Settlement=Warranty Extension???
have anyone else received this letter in the mail? i got one today. i dont usually read these things, but it says anyone that has purchased a honda/acura from april 13, 2002-November 7, 2006 is a member of a proposed Selttlement Class... blah blah blah. has anyone read this? i know there are members on here good with this fantastic wording. im also exhausted and dont feel like typing all this stuff out. receive more info by calling 888-888-3082 or http://www.odosettlementinfo.com just thought i would put it out there and get some reactions. essentially, we get an extra 5% on our warranty if it all goes through

It's gonna pass from what the Honda rep told us. It's kinda useless though as you only get 1800 additional miles and Honda would goodwill anything to happen that much over anyway. Don't think you'll get much help when your 1801 miles over now

i wonder if the word has spread to the service dep. at the dealerships?
or are we going to have to print this out and bring it in like with the reflash for the rev hang?

I think the thread listed pretty clearly what it covers.

All the dealers have had this info since it entered court. All the info will be there when they do a vin stat inquiry. The rev hang is a service bulletin and is not even on the same level as a warranty extention.
