i have a 2006 Honda civic hybrid when i turn on the AC the compressor and fans dosent work however when u bridge the system both fans and compressor work

Last one i had with that problem it turned out to be the switch inside the car,have you confirmed that its good?

obviously your not getting power to both the a/c clutch and fan, either you have pressure problems or pressure switch problem, or maybe the relay is bad? could also be switch inside car, but not very common. Check relay first. Then check high pressure switch, or possibly take it to a shop and have them hook some a/c guages up and make sure the system is full or the system as at the right pressure
