Default Clutch gets progressively worse as I drive.

I'm unsure about what is going on with my clutch. I had one installed about a year ago, and everything was fine until the last 2 weeks.

Car shifting into first no issues, nor any issues shifting into other gears. The more I drive, and more gear changes I make, it starts to require more strength to put and lock into a gear.

last oil change guy said I need new transmission fluid. Next mechanic I had looking at the car said my fluid level was fine.

You didn't provide enough information to make a diagnosis, but I do know that the clutch master cylinders are known to be crappy on Sis. What kind of clutch do you have now?

Better question. What Clutch Master Cylinder do you? When was the last time you changed your transmission fluid? What fluid did you use? Ever have the transmission rebuilt because of the grinding second or popping out of third issues?

My car experiences this but it's hit or miss. Some days it's bad some days it's fine. I been trying to change my fluid ever other oil change and I use Amsoil synchromesh.

sounds like a bad clutch master cylinder or a bad clutch slave cylinder.

Doesn't Synchromesh cause greater wear on the tranny parts than regular Honda fluid? It might make it feel better for a short period at first, but in the end, you're only making things worse.
