Can u even install a small system in this car since it does not have an alternator? I'm not looks for anything crazy. Just a small amp with a small 10 inch sub.

Everything is still run off of a 12V system. Just run your power wire from the battery like you would normally do (the 12V battery, not the main battery pack). You can either ground to the body near the amp or run a ground to the battery.

How about the factory navigation? Can I plug RCA wires from the amp to the factory navigation?

Only if the head unit has RCA outputs. I'm not positive but, I'm pretty sure you don't have RCA outputs. Pull the head unit and look. Personally, I wouldn't go with the extra cost of RCA's and the labor of running more wires when you can just get an amp with speaker level inputs and tap into one of the rear speakers.

All that being said, you still have to run power and ground from the battery and from an ignition activated circuit to the amp.
