I just wondering why is my cv boot leaking in the same spot twice (RHF)within 30.000 KM, First replaced occured on 12.000 KM and now my car's mileage reach 31.000 KM and i see grease comes out from the cv boot near to boot band upper side.

Any cause of it ?
is it normal that we have to replace cv boot every 12.000 KM ? or maybe i have a bad CV Joint that makes cv boot easily to leak ?
and now i hear a soft clicking when i turn my vehicle, is it necessary to replace cv joint ?

My car is 8th Civic 2.0 Litre.

No it's not normal.

Is your car lowered by any chance? The reason I asked is that I had to replace my CV boots twice on my lowered Integra. I've been advised by my mechanic before that the ticking sound maybe because of dirt or debris in the joints due to the damaged CV boot.

not at all, my car is standard factory. That's why i keep wondering what's the cause, is it because of bad CV joint that makes CV boot leak often ?
