What are my options of ridding or the rev hang? It feels like it wears out the clutch when shifting.
car has 60k and everything stock hfp.

Flashpro is pretty much your only option for getting rid of rev-hang. The nice thing about it is that you can also gain some mid-range power from it, even on a stock motor.

No, you can't borrow someone's Flashpro without them returning their ECU back to stock first. The Flashpro locks itself to one ECU; to use it on a second car, you first have to return the first car ECU map to stock.

Thats drive by wire for your buddy!
like stated above you would ne flashpro and these units are meant for 1 car only it saves 1 vin number and thats it! and if original owner wants to sell it he must remove from vehicle and clear out the vin number before selling it.

Since you have an 06, you can also look for a used Cobb AccessPort. You can find one used on 8thcivic.com for much cheaper than a used FlashPro. As long as you're staying mostly stock with just bolton's, you'll be fine with the Cobb AP. If you're going to be doing more (turbo/sc), then you might want to just go for the Flashpro.

Even with Flashpro its still there just not as much, it will never be as responsive as throttle cable set up.
