Will the quality of gas affect mileage?
I have been getting gas DELTA gas station and noticed that i have been getting bad mileage.
Do you think if i get premium gas at Exxon/Mobil i will get better mileage?

Not everyone has the same gas stations as you, i know where i live in NY we dont have Exxon, Delta, Shell we mainly have Hess, Sunoco, Kwikfill, et. and the quality of fuel does affect mileage.

I am guessing its the 'quality' of the gasoline that this gas station sells is very poor as compared to Exxon/Mobil or Shell gas stations.
I am gonna try 'better' gas this time.

Doubtful. It's probably down to your driving style, and the nature of the roads you travel.

May be changing the rotors will help? May be the distributor cap?
May be the catalytic converter? May be switching to synthetic oil to reduce friction?

Maybe you should stop worrying about your car so much. If it were getting less than 20mpg, I'd be worried. If you're getting consistent fuel issues, run some Seafoam through the vacuum line (look it up on youtube).

The biggest factor on fuel consumption is your right foot.
Try easing up on that first.
There's all sorts of crap about "Top Tier" gas vs. the rest, I dont really buy into it. I refuse to buy no name brand gas because both my cars are a little tempermental with it, but for the most part, gas is gas.
Try another station. If you keep filling up at the same place, maybe the tanks are wet. Buy someplace else see what happens.
