205/45/15 is WAAAAAAAAY too small. check the wheel/tire section in this forum for help with this - you will get better answers there in regards to which tires are the best for you to use on the track.

It all depends on what set of rims I'm rolling on. Anywhere from 195/55/16's to 225/45/16's.

I have General Tire Exclaim UHPs on my Civic... also had them on my BMW 325i that I used to have. Best tire for the dollar that I've ever touched. They are easily better than the more expensive Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s that I ran before.

^^^ i would second the Falken Azenis RT-615. they're basically a really aggressive street tire that many people run on the track, autocross or road racing. it has a treadwear of 200, so it probably wont last you THAT long on the street for dailydriving.

T1-R are the updated T1-S. The T1-R are suppose to be a superior tire than the T1-S. Your tire guy just wants to get rid of old inventory so I suggest look elsewhere to buy your tires.
