If you're looking to have one on your car without having a turbo kit (please tell me this isn't what you're planning to do) then just zip-tie it in place between the bumper and condenser/radiator.

Sounds like the OP might want an interfooler. Keep your stock parts so when you sell this car it might (A) be salvageable and (B) be worth slightly more and more likely to sell since you have the parts to put it back together again.
