When I bought my 2002 Honda civic about 2 years ago and it had a grind from 2nd to 3rd gear at like 3k RPMS. I put honda manual transmission fluid in it and that helped and got it up to about 4k RPMS. I ran that for like 15,000 miles and when I changed my engine oil last time I changed the fluid to GM syncromesh. The grind is back at only like 3k RPMS so I want to know what I can change it to that will work best.

I'm looking for the most expensive / best product to put in a manual transmission with synchro isssues.

The best manual transmission fluid is the Honda transmission fluid. Running a syncromesh can actually cause more damage than good. This is a topic that has been discussed before, as well.

what's the difference between manual trans fluid and continuously variable trans fluid?

never mind looked it up. gonna buy the regular stuff thanks =]
