Default Transmission Slipping in Park

I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX and when i put it in park on an incline it rolls and makes a clicking noise and continues rolling and making this noise. Is there anything i can do to try to get whatever is not engaging to engage? I do remember this all started after I disconnected the battery to do some other work on the car.

You've worn out the parking pawl by putting it in Park on an incline. A pawl is not a gear and will slip if you park on an incline. ALWAYS put the parking brake on when on an incline.
