Default Steering/vibration, detailed description please help.

So I've done a lot of looking around at my possible car problems. I have a 2003 Honda civic ex. It has a 1.7 liter vtec motor and a 4 speed automatic transmissions. My tires are very work down.

Ever since I recently spun out and crashed into a barbed wire fence I have had an issue with my car. I did not pop tires but had to have them reseated onto the rim because they couldn't hold a seal. The car seemed fine but about a week after maybe less, I got the following issue.

When driving on streets, the car does fine. Braking is fine, steering response is fine, no vibration or anything had.

Now, the issue is on the freeway. I can typically avoid it by doing 65 in cruise control but it only work half the time. At freeway speeds eventually my wheel will start to shake, increasingly worse and eventually stops getting worse after about a minute of the issue. It will shake no matter what until I get off the freeway and it makes an unpleasant noise to go with it.

While exiting the freeway if the problem occurs and the vibration is happening, my brakes will pulse lightly and the wheel will shake very hard slowing down and this will not go away until a complete stop.

Here's why I'm so confused.
If the vibration isn't caused whole driving on the freeway when exiting to an off ramp the car will not vibrate while slowing, it will run fine.
If the issue occurs while driving and my wheel is vibrating while cruising, my car will vibrate worse when braking until a complete stop. After the stop it goes away unless I get back on the freeway.

I am going to have my rotors measured with a micrometer l, my pads are recently changed. My motor mounts are new.
My current guess is either tire balance/alignment because of the crash. Or rotor issues because of the mileage is 150k

May be damaged wheels (not tires). You could try having them balanced.

You also need to have the undercarriage and steering inspected for bent/broken pieces. This can be done during an alignment. If something they can't see is bent/broken then it won't align properly and they should tell you. *Don't let them do an alignment until they inspect the undercarriage.*

I'm leaning towards something in the suspension being bent. Go slow and be careful until you get this resolved.

I really hope nothing is wrong with the undercarriage/suspension. Wouldn't an issue like that show before freeway speeds?

Also with the tires, they are extremely worn down. I have almost no tread its so bad I'm scared to drive in rain. The rotation of them is also terrible off. After the crash they got moved around from their original spots because of a tire center and my use of 2 spares. That could help cause this issue I'm sure?

Yes. Bad/bald tires could definitely cause it.

My tires are terrible. And my rotation is now thrown off. If I get new tires they can inspect it like you said and hopefully all will be good. Costco is having a good special on some 65k mile warranty bridge stones soon. If there's still an issue I'll look into the rest of the things listed. Thanks a ton man. I'm 18 and money's tight so research helps save money instead of handing it to a mechanic.

Make sure they inspect the wheels for dents/cracks before mounting the tires to them.

I will when it get it done. I can't get them for at least a week.
I am going to try to fix my rotation first and see if the problem goes away.

i started having this problem after i swapped rims. Im thinking its the rims and the balance is off...because it didn't occur when i had my other rims on. I'm gonna rotate my rims to see if the problem persist or....it can just be my wheel bearings.
