Default Starter for 01 Civic Ex MT?
I see so many brands for starters to get, mine doesn't work well in the winter (160k miles) so I need another. Do they make any "better than OEM" ones? I want something that will last and not give issues.

I've seen:
DB electrical
Remy
TYC

And a dozen other ones

160K miles is very acceptable for an alternator. I wolud just go with OEM.

What is the specific part number I need? The diagram on majestic Honda was kind of confusing.

I have a coupé if that matters

#3- Honda Automotive Parts

06312-PLR-505RM is re-manufactured and 31200-PLR-A02 is new.
