I brought my car to the dealer because my car wouldnt start and the immobilizer key doesn't light up. It used to light up before however it started to have bad connections with immobilizer by the green plugs (top part) so I used to play with it and works like a charm. But now, the immobilizer doesnt light up( no key flashing). I dont know what to do now, the dealer told me it could be a bad ECM OR the wiring because I have compustar unit installed OR bad key reader. they told me that they couldnt read the ecm and they need to replace it ( but I know the ecm plug is only loose and believed that the whole problem is only the immobilizer ring.

can any one help check there Immobilizer unit and unplug the top green plug first and check if they still have their key light on while on acc. and unplug the other one and check if the light is on? please....

Sorry for resurrecting this, but did you ever find a fix? Have the same issue on a 2013 Ody. No light flashes when placing key in, and the instrument cluster gear indicator does not light up or show the gear.

Same thing here, no green light, sorry to resurrect a dead thread but if anyone has any help with a NO GREEN KEY LIGHT , not a flashing light, but no green key light please help me!!
