Any guides on changing this AC line? Haven't done one before, and I'm not seeing much info on it.

In theory easy. I'm not aware how the AC system works, but the AC uses coolant, as well as a refrigerant? This hose is leaking coolant I'm thinking, and I'm filling my overflow res every week

As for your coolant loss, you may have a blown headgasket. Are you filling your overflow bottle to the top? Because it really shouldn't have too much coolant in it (hence the name "overflow").

Long story short, I left the AC line the way it is. I don't seem to have a coolant leak I guess. I changed my coolant awhile ago, and I think the system is still just burping itself out or something.
That or the spring temps sealed up whatever leak I had.
I filled the overflow res to the min mark, and I'm just driving it monitoring levels.

Yeah, the one in the picture is an AC hose. It contains refrigerant. Specifically R134a. It does not contain coolant. I'd fix that soon because then you'll have no AC if it bursts.
